The nature of our work requires PhDs (in bio-physics, biology and robotics), engineers, embedded software developers and biologists who have in-depth practical knowledge in their fields and reasonable knowledge of related fields, to be part of our teams. Such professionals need to be excited by opportunities to work on high impact solutions that would involve practical problem solving through the stages of Proof Of Concept, Prototype, Alpha version etc. Development work through these stages need to be supported with sound concepts and rigorous analysis. Multi-disciplinary team work is a key characteristic of our work ethos.
